This presents our clients with a single point of contact, eliminates loss of information, reduces overheads, assures accountability, yields faster answers & responses with a better customer service.
Generally, the Business Development Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Designer, and Administrator are dependant on task completion, and may each need to speak with the Client directly.
This process is quite time consuming with a greater risk of communication loss, has multiple salaries to contend with, and leads to a substandard, lengthy and expensive fitout.

With over 15 years in the industry, Andy has a strong understanding of both theoretical and practical construction. He is a qualified Shopfitter & Joiner, as well as a Registered Builder.
Andy has a bachelor’s in Construction Management, a Certificate IV in New Small Business, and a Certificate III in Off-Site Construction; and of course First Aid certified.
Andy has worked in many sectors of the Construction Industry such as Shopfitting, Operable-Walls, Workstations, Modular, Retail & Office Fitouts, and Project Management before starting QTC
